A three-time All-American at Michigan and former NFL and CFL player, Dr. Taylor received a Bachelor's Degree in Education & Master's Degree in Adult Education from the University of Michigan and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada- Las Vegas. He has served as a Community College Administrator, Athletic Compliance Officer and Faculty  Member at the fifth largest community college in the world.

He has managed adult group home services and worked in K-12 and adult education. He continues to expand his various entrepreneurial and social service opportunities and leads the activities of Get Back Up, Inc. as its President.
